I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact our support team and we’ll resend your confirmation.
When will my order arrive?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received it, feel free to start a chat with our team and we’ll help you track your package.
How do I return a product?
You have 14 days from the day of delivery to return unused and undamaged items for a refund. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Returns must include:

Original packaging

All tags and labels

The product in unused condition
To start a return:

Click the profile icon in the store navigation.

Log in using your email.

Follow the link sent to your inbox and enter the 6-digit code.

Select the order and item(s) you want to return.

Choose a reason and leave a note if needed.

Click “Request return.”
If approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, your refund will be issued.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within up to 1 week after we’ve received and approved your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the return shipping cost.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item or size, please place a new order and return the original product following the steps above.
