On flex ratings of 40 and above, the Pulse 2 is reinforced with BAUER's exclusive boron fiber — an ultra-lightweight, ultra-rigid material that maximizes the strength-to-weight ratio, optimizes energy storage in the shaft and dramatically increases reactivity on every shot. A raised grip design creates real physical texture on the shaft surface, giving your hands a secure and confident hold through every shift. The optimized balance point reduces blade-end weight for faster stickhandling, reduced fatigue and more accurate passing across the entire ice surface.
